We offer tailor-made annual pest control contracts to cover your commercial premises all year round. The base contract covers the following:

Preventative treatment for mice and rats
Monitoring for bugs and insects

Additional pests can then be added to the base contract as required.

All contracts include a pest control folder containing documentation that meets the regulatory requirements for food safety & hygiene. It holds the following:

The written contract
A bait map
Contract forms, written after each visit
Emergency out-of-hours contact details

For our domestic customers, the base price list shown above provides pest control coverage against all rodents (rats, mice and squirrels*).
