Pest Hygiene

Pests not only cause damage to your home, but their droppings can also be a health hazard. It is necessary to clean up after them.

Rodents infected with Hantavirus can spread the disease to people through contact with their droppings, urine or saliva.

Pigeon droppings can be associated with such diseases as Cryptococcosis, Histoplasmosis and Psittacosis. These spread through contaminated dust or soil.

Squirrel droppings and urine can cause odour problems that are not only unpleasant but can attract even more squirrels. Squirrels can also bring other pests into your home, such as fleas and ticks.

Our Services

We will treat whatever pest issue you have in your attic: rat, mouse, squirrel, pigeon…..
And when you choose to bundle our treatment and clean-up service, you not only benefit from our pest control expertise but also receive a 20% discount on our already competitive treatment price list..

Using a high-quality disinfectant, we thoroughly clean all areas contaminated by pest droppings or urine. Thus ensuring the complete elimination of all harmful bacteria, viruses and pathogens associated with pest activity.

While cleaning, we will carefully remove and dispose of any contaminated insulation. Then, once the cleaning is complete, we will replace it with a new layer to meet the current regulation standards of 270mm.
Note that if your home was insulated before 2003, it might only be to a depth of 200mm. Before 1995, this may be less than 100mm.

Finally, we can apply proofing to prevent pests from re-entering your home. These typically involve blocking entry points or fitting an exclusion device, such as mesh or, for rats, a one-way sewer valve.
